LD Eventos has been collaborating with the Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final FourEuroleague since 2015, taking charge of different aspects such as the technical coordination, logistics of all production-related issues as well as branding & signage in cities including Madrid, Belgrade, Berlin, Istanbul and Vitoria.
A macro sports event with over 450 different media, daily press conferences, entertainment acts between games, trainings and rehearsals, resulting in a complex event that requires detailed and in-depth planning of our team during over 6 months.
Part of our job is to make sure all technical requirements are met, from TV signal distribution over to AV and electronic equipment needed for the matches as well as the entertainment shows. We take care of the set up and design of all production spaces and necessary infrastructures, from accreditation centre over to locker rooms, dressing rooms, offices, the court area and many more.
Branding is coordinated and set up in record time, as the final competing teams are known with short notice and a large range of areas are covered, including outdoor and indoor areas and signage.
