At this point it is easy to expect that the security issue in events, due to this covid-19 situation and until it finds a solution, is going to require us to rethink and adapt to a new situation and integrating and fulfilling all the security and sanitary requirements that can be established, which will force us to work with a more comprehensive & collaborative conception of the security issue.
It is a core value, to generate safe environments, that the events industry will have to reinforce and it will inevitably be one of the new challenges we will have to face.
As an events agency, one of out main missions is to create spaces for people to meet and communicate. Spaces where you can share values, emotions, ideas, projects and experiences. Spaces that make it easier for people to interact, to move, connect and communicate freely and as positively and naturally as possible.
It has always been a challenge of ours to create creative spaces within safe environments, to create that essential tandem to enjoy a safe experience of the live event.
We consider creating safe environments as if it were the result of a research of the quality in each of the aspects that make up the event, of good planning, knowledge and proper application of current regulations and good professional advisors.
At LD we are very aware and sensitive to the relevance of security issues and creating safe environments. We closely take care of aspects such as control and management of access, circulation and flow of people, service coordination, sanitary and risk prevention measures, such as integration and application of new technologies and security measures, insurance such as search result of the quality in each of the aspects that make up the event, of good planning, knowledge and proper application of current regulations and good professional advisors.
We also receive the advice and collaboration of Manel Rubio, recognized Director of Security, with extensive knowledge of the industry, from different angles and specialized in security in large events with which we have been collaborating closely with, throughout different projects for more than 15 years.
We can join out experiences, knowledge and share an understanding of security and creation of safe spaces, maintaining the creative and human spirit of the event.
We are also following various studies regarding the topic that are going to make it easier for us to adapt as fast and effectively as possible to the present situation and in the future (hopefully not that far away) being able to enjoy the full live experience.
You can already find some very interesting resources that have been created as security guides for the future of live events following the covid-19 situation, and we would like to share a few with you:
